Keizer Home Prices Grow
Keizer home values are also on pace for better than a 1% monthly increase in value for 2014. That’s because according to WVMLS, our most recent numbers from May show a 6.3% increase in Keizer home prices.
If we continue at this rate, Keizer’s annual home prices will have risen by 12.6%, or more than 1% a month.
